You can either build your dream or help someone build theirs.

Everyone has dreams. You have dreams, your boss has dreams, your team members have dreams, your neighbour has dreams. So what will you do? Will you build your dream? Or will you help someone build theirs?

Most of the people we know are helping others build their dreams by working away the better part of their lives in helping their bosses or bosses of bosses build their dreams.
