Life flies; it really does. We all have lost loved ones, we all have procrastinated and wasted time, and we all are guilty of binge-watching Netflix shows when we should be working on our business/side hustle/career/(insert anything important).
As Omar Khayyam says, one thing is certain, that life flies. So how do we ensure that the very life that's flying away and slipping from between our fingers like sand is worth something? Our time is our most valuable resource, yet most of us waste it like it's worthless. Would we ever take money out of our bank accounts and burn it? Yet we do it every day with our time.
One of my 2023 resolutions is to eliminate time wastage from my life actively; It's been a month already; am I succeeding? I believe so; I've accomplished more in the month of January than I did in the last three months of 2022. Am I done? Nope, still, a lot of optimization is to be done.
One thing is certain, that life flies. One thing is certain, and the rest is lies.
