The toolbox isn't the work.
We obsess over new AI tools like Napkin AI for visualizations, Gamma for presentations, countless others for audio, video, and text generation.
But tools are just tools.
What matters is what you build with them.
The carpenter with three well-used tools outperforms the novice with a garage full of the latest equipment.
The master chef creates miracles with a single good knife while the amateur collects gadgets that gather dust.
The question isn't "What AI tools do you have?" but "What are you creating that couldn't exist before?"
The most powerful AI application isn't the one with the most features—it's the one that removes friction between your idea and its execution. It's the one that becomes invisible while your work becomes visible.
Choose your tools intentionally. Master them deeply. Then forget about them entirely while you focus on the work that matters.
What could you create today if the tools finally got out of your way?
Which AI tool has become indispensable in your workflow, and why?
What problem are you trying to solve that no existing tool quite addresses?
