Don't be a bottleneck

If someone needs something from me to get unblocked to do something, I always prioritize it.

What’s the worst thing that happens in standups or meetings? When you find out that Jimmy was waiting for you to confirm something or give him something. So I make sure that I’m not the bottleneck for anyone. If someone is blocked on me, then I prioritize getting them unblocked so they can go on and do whatever they need to do.
