Discovering your calling

Sometimes your calling can reveal itself in unexpected ways. We all imagine it would be some grand revelation when we finally understand our purpose or calling so we can then dedicate our lives to it.

But for most people it reveals itself very modestly and where its least expected.

For me, It was 2003. I’m in school, attending 8th grade. I have a computer I play some games on and spend time on mIRC and other weird things famous in the good ole’ days. I land on a website with HTML scripts to do stuff on your website, and I say to myself, I need a website. I convince my dad to lend me some money to buy a domain and hosting for 1 year, AQNS (Abdul Qadir Network Solutions) is born in Sep 2003. The rest is….well as they say history.

I found my calling on a random day, doing random stuff. Don’t look for big reveals. Try many many things, and one day, in one moment, your gut will tell you THIS is what I need and just grasp it.
