Consuming information won't make you smart, applying it will.
We all love the next article, podcast, video, book, or secret trick. We all are just running towards the next piece of information we can consume. We have a consumption problem. It’s all about consuming all the information we can. Reading, listening, watching, whatever form of information is available, we want it all. Still, we can’t seem to change our lives much. It’s still stuck where it was, and some might even argue they are moving backward. Why is that? It’s because consuming information doesn’t make us smarter or any better. Applying what we have learned makes us smarter, and we rarely apply anything.
So when are you going to stop consuming and start applying?
